Why take a Jet Ski Training Course? We have customers looking to do a jet ski course for a range of reasons, some require it to gain their ‘Jet Ski License’ as more areas in the UK and abroad are requiring evidence of this to use / launch a jet ski. Some of the lucky ones have just bought a new jet ski and would like to become more competent in using it and learn more about the environment they will be using it in and finally some just fancy extending their experience and time on the water on these fun watercraft.

The RYA Jet Ski (PWC) Instructor Qualification has become increasingly important for Deck Crew either already working within the Superyacht Industry or looking to enter it. Our Instructor courses run from both our UK base and onboard yachts.

Do I need a licence to drive a Jetski or Powerboat?

Do I need a licence to ride a jetski in the UK? Whilst at this stage many places in the UK do not require a Jet Ski licence / Powerboat licence, we would always recommend attending some form of RYA Training to build up skill and competence levels. Even though this is the current status in the UK, Jet ski regulations in foreign countries can be much stricter. If you are planning to use a Jet Ski or Powerboat abroad please contact one of our team for advice or take a look at the worldwide jet ski regulations 2019.
